<p>The research highlights the crucial role of digital communication in increasing public awareness and engagement in sustainable banking practices. Examining how major financial institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council region, such as Standard Chartered Bank Gulf International Bank, and Arab Bank leverage online platforms to convey their dedication to sustainability, the study reveals that these banks effectively articulate their governance, social, and environmental (ESG) initiatives, integrating sustainability into their core business strategy. Notably, the banks are actively employing their websites to detail energy conservation, support for green projects, and community-building activities. The study emphasizes the shift from traditional to digital banking practices that both improve operational effectiveness and have reduced environmental impact. The findings highlight the evolving landscape of banking, where sustainability is increasingly becoming a central component in shaping the brand image and credibility of financial institutions. By delving into various dimensions of web-based sustainability communication, the study provides insightful perspectives on the intricate relationship between digital communication strategies and the promotion of sustainability in the banking sector.</p>
